Speed and Strength

Weight training is a vital piece of the building blocks towards success in overall movement. As athletic performance increases in weight training, functional stability increases. We are here to develop athletes functionally to decrease chances of injury by making athletes more durable in their; upper body, lower body, core and to optimize performance. With biomechanics and kinesiology-based research our methods have helped develop athletes from ages 12 and up as they prepare for club, travel, high school, college, and the professional level.
